Hi there,

I have a room available in unit A with an undercover parking spot! The rent includes all bills and it's ready for immediate move-in.

Currently, there are a total of 7 people living in the house, and we strive to keep it clean and tidy at all times.

The master room is spacious and comes with a built-in wardrobe. I am looking for a couple or two friends to occupy this room.

There is also a second room with a built-in wardrobe which I am looking to share with another 3 male roommates.

The unit is located in Mascot, near the train station, which is only a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a supermarket just an extra 3-minute walk away.

Rent includes electricity and gas bills, as well as unlimited and fast-speed wifi. We also provide essentials such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, wet wipes, and all other cleaning needs.

Please note that we do not allow electric blankets, heaters, or air conditioning units.

The bond is 2 weeks' rent and we require a minimum notice of 2 weeks if you decide to move out, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We are looking for responsible and respectful individuals who are clean and tidy. Sleepovers, parties, and smoking are not allowed. We also kindly ask that you contribute to cleaning the bathroom once every two weeks. Drama-free living is highly encouraged!
