We have a single room with built in wardrobe for rent in Sydney CBD. The apartment is well maintained and has a great view to Darling Harbour.
It is located in the heart of Sydney CBD - 5mins walk to Town Hall station, Chinatown and Woolworths, 4 mins walk to Darling Harbour.
Looking for a student or full-time worker who is neat and tidy, respect others' privacy and keep the shared area clean as you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with my partner and myself. We are both working full time. We enjoy staying at home at night, but like to chill out on the weekend.
Rent is $430/week (bills included), paying fortnightly in advance.
3 weeks Bond and $200 for building key deposit
3 weeks of notice if you want to move out.
NO pets
NO party house
NO smoking
