The position involves all perspectives of front office reception, including:
Providing friendly customer service and processing reservations in a professional way.
Assisting guests with accommodation enquiries and confidence in dealing with complaints.
Ensuring efficient and smooth running of the front office all the time.
As a successful candidate you will have:
Minimum one year experience within a Guest Service role in a hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
