Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education, a proven track record of teaching success, and an impressive portfolio of personal artwork. The Art Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging art lessons, nurturing students' artistic talents, and contributing to the overall creative atmosphere of the school.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels

- Develop and implement a comprehensive art curriculum that meets educational standards

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression

- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support

- Organize and participate in art exhibitions, showcases, and other school events

- Maintain a well-organized and safe art classroom with appropriate supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into the broader curriculum

Requirements:

- Background in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field

- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing personal artwork and teaching projects

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate students

- Dedication to creating a positive and engaging learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in Art Education or Fine Arts

- Experience with various art mediums and techniques

- Knowledge of art history and contemporary art practices
