Chatswood Room for rent

Single rooms for rent, including electricity and gas, are available in a shared house. The house features a kitchen, living room, bathrooms, laundry, and a backyard. It is conveniently located within a 10-12 minute walk to the metro station and Westfield shopping center.

Each single bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a comfortable king single bed, a desk and chair, and NBN internet. The bathroom is shared among the tenants. The entire house is fully furnished, with modern bathrooms, a furnished living area, a backyard with a clothing line, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, and gas cooktop. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the Westfield shopping center and a 12-minute walk to the metro/train/Chatswood interchange. It takes around 20 minutes by cab or metro to reach the Sydney CBD.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, responsible tenant who is clean and tidy, with no pets and no partying. A minimum stay of 6-12 months is preferred. The room is available now, although we are still waiting for the dining table and NBN connection to be set up. The rent is $350-$380 per week, paid weekly. There is also one garage available for an additional $20 per week.

The bond is four weeks' rent, and rent should be paid two weeks in advance.
