Our ideal candidate will be a qualified commercial Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 years experience. You will be responsible for spatial planning, materials selection and specification, documentation of interiors packages and selection of furnishings.

Senior Desinger:

Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver innovative interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring
they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Develop and present design proposals for detailed drawings and Adobe Creative Suite for visual
presentations.
• Independently manage commercial projects, coordinating all phases of the design process.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication to meet
project objectives.
• Navigate local regulatory approval processes (CDC, DA) for project compliance.
• Understand construction processes, materials, and quoting to contribute effectively to project planning
and execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape or D5 render for Technical Drawings & Modeling and
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Pdf) for graphic presentations.
• Ability to independently handle commercial design projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with local regulatory processes (CDC, DA) related to commercial renovations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
• Practical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation.
• Holds a valid driver license with capability to drive to work.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and a passion for design
excellence.

木工师傅：
职责：

1. 执行木工技能，负责各类木工装修项目的实施。
2. 拥有超过5年以上的相关工作经验，熟悉装修施工流程。
3. 拥有工具车和完备的工具，确保工作所需一应俱全。
4. 具备多种工种活技能，能够独立完成各种装修造型工程。
5. 细致入微，确保施工过程中的质量和细节得以精准把控。

资格：

1. 丰富的木工技能和实际操作经验，能够胜任各类木工装修任务。
2. 5年以上相关工作经验，对行业的规范和标准有深刻理解。
3. 拥有工具车和完整的工具设备，保障工作所需的便捷性。
4. 具备多样的装修技能，能够胜任多种不同风格的装修工程。
5. 良好的团队协作精神，能够有效与其他团队成员协同工作。


Site manager assit

职责：


1. 负责采买运送工地小料，确保工地按计划进行。
2. 负责现场协调，工地卫生和安全，巡视工地
3. 有驾照和良好的驾驶经验
4. 会英语，英语口语流利可以正常交流
5. 协助项目进度，及时报告项目进展情况。
6. 协助团队协作，确保沟通畅通，提高工作效率。




资格：



1. 具备英文基础，具备较好的沟通能力，有团队协作精神。

2. 对建筑施工有基本了解，有相关工作经验者优先。

3. 持有有效驾驶执照，需要驾驶经验

4. 具备组织协调能力，能够有效处理多项任务。

5. 勤奋踏实，对装修行业有浓厚兴趣，能吃苦耐劳
