About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Broker Support Officer. In this full-time position based in Lidcombe, NSW, you will play a key role in supporting our mortgage brokers and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
What you'll be doing
Liaise with customers and brokers to gather required information and documentation for loan applications
Prepare loan applications and supporting documents for submission to lenders
Communicate with lenders to track application progress and resolve any issues
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our brokers and clients
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on loan application status
Support the broader mortgage team with administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficiency in using mortgage and loan application software and systems
A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing high-quality customer service
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Bilingual Language in Chinese, Vietnamese is a plus.
