Key Responsibilities:
· Greets visitors and provides friendly customer service.
· Handle telephone inquiries and answer questions from residents and families.
· Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including paperwork and
appointment scheduling.
· Assist in organizing events and meetings.
· Ensure the front desk area is neat and organized.
Requirements:
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with Mandarin or Cantonese language
skills (either one).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Relevant work experience is preferred.
· Passion for serving the elderly, patience, and empathy.
