售后客服（全职）

薪资：时薪$24.5

工作职责：
作为售后客服，您将承担以下职责：
- 提供优质的售后服务，解答客户问题，确保他们的满意度；
- 跟踪客户的服务需求，并及时提供解决方案；
- 处理退货、换货等售后问题，以满足客户的需求；
- 支持销售团队，提供售后支持和客户跟进服务；
- 维护客户关系，促进客户满意度和忠诚度的提升；
- 记录客户反馈和服务过程，并及时反馈至相关部门，以不断改进我们的服务质量。

要求：
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和问题解决能力；
- 具备相关工作经验者优先考虑；
- 熟练操作办公软件，如Microsoft Office等；
- 可提供培训，熟练掌握中文普通话，英文流利者优先考虑；
- 对客户服务行业充满激情，并愿意不断学习和提升自己。
