驻澳使馆发布最新赴华签证申请要求,详列免签及暂停入境规定
根据中国政府关于新冠病毒感染乙类乙管后中外人员往来暂行措施精神,驻澳大利亚使领馆现对外国人赴华签证有关要求做以下通知:
一、无需办理签证人员
(一)持有效中国永久居留证件的外国人
(二)持各类有效居留许可的外国人
(三)持有效APEC商务旅行卡(不包括虚拟卡)的外国人
二、暂停入境情形
(一)持2020年3月26日《关于暂时停止持有效中国签证、居留许可的外国人入境的公告》之前审发的多年多次签证;
(二)日本、新加坡、文莱单方面免签入境
(三)海南入境免签
(四)上海邮轮免签
(五)港澳地区外国人组团入境广东144小时免签
(六)东盟旅游团入境广西免签
三、签证申办流程
(一)申请人登陆 https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn 网站进入在线填表页面,在线填写签证申请表。
(二)完成在线填表后通过“前往预约”链接直接进入签也可之后再次登陆 https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn 网站,输入个人信息及签证申请表申请编号,预约签证办理时间。
(三)申请人需下载打印申请表(全表8页)并在确认页及表格第九项签字。
(四)本人按预约时间携申请材料到领区内中国签证申请服务中心递交并采集指纹。具体申请材料可查看使领馆网站。
四、注意事项
(一)除赴内地旅游、就医事由的签证暂不受理外,其他签证正常受理。
(二)除以下人员外,其他签证申请人务必到中国签证申请服务中心留取指纹并进行面相采集:
1、未满14周岁或超过70周岁人员;
2、持外交护照或符合外交、公务、礼遇签证审发人员;
3、五年内持同一本护照在当地使领馆或中国签证申请服务中心申办签证并留存过指纹的人员;
4、十指手指均残缺或十指指纹均无法留存人员。
(三)关于多次签证。申请人可依需求提出多次入境签证申请(签证收费标准不同),但最终由领事官员根据申请人的具体情况决定签证的入境次数和停留期限。申请人可提供相关支持材料包括国内邀请方的多次邀请函、曾获发的中国签证等,必要时,领事官员可要求申请人提供其他证明文件。

Update on Visa for China Application Requirements
In accordance with the relevant arrangement, the updated visa application requirements are listed as follows:
1. Persons who do not need a visa
(1) Foreigners holding valid Chinese permanent residence permits
(2) Foreigners holding valid residence permits(3) Foreigners holding APEC business travel cards (excluding Virtual ABTC)
2. Suspension of Entry
(1) Holding a multi-year and multi-entry visa issued before March 26, 2020;
(2) Unilateral visa-free entry from Japan, Singapore and Brunei;
(3) Hainan province visa-free entry;
(4) Visa-free for Shanghai cruises;
(5) The 144-hour visa-free policy for foreigners from Hong Kong and Macao to enter Guangdong province in groups;
(6) Visa-free entry for ASEAN tourist groups to enter Guangxi province
3. Visa application process
(1) The applicant logs on the https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn and fills in the visa application form online.
(2) After completing the online form filling, you can directly enter the visa appointment interface through the "Go to Appointment" link, or you can log in to the https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn website later, enter your personal information and the application number of the visa application form to make an appointment.
(3) The applicant needs to download and print the application form (full form 8 pages) and sign on the confirmation page and part 9 of the form.
(4) The applicant summits the application materials to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center and collects fingerprints according to the appointment.

4. Other Notice
(1) Except for visas for tourism and medical treatment, other types of visas are normally proceeded.
(2)All applicants should collect fingerprints and facial information expect the following:a. Applicants under the age of 14 or over 70;b. Diplomatic passport holders, or applicants eligible for diplomatic, official and courtesy visas;c. Applicants who already had their fingerprints collected within the past five years at the Embassy or Consulate-Generals, or the local Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Australia with the same passport;d. Applicants with all fingers mutilated or uncollectible.
(3) Regarding multiple-entry visas. Applicants can apply for a multiple-entry visa according to their needs (the visa fees varies), and the consular officer would determines the number of entries and the duration of the visa according to the applicant's condition. The applicant should provide relevant supporting materials, including multiple invitation letters from domestic inviting parties, visas for China issued before, and so on. If necessary, the consular officer may require other supporting documents.
