Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
· Provide information about shipping services and logistics solutions
· Assist in resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
· Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones
· Drive business growth through effective customer engagement
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the logistics industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
· Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate logistics solutions
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60-70k+ per year
Schedule:
· 9am - 5 pm
· Monday to Friday
Experience:
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
Education: Tertiary education or higher
Work Location: In person
